This video features SAF superstar Edith Syjuco at the 2013 SAF Elite Pro Championship, which was part of the 2013 SAF Fall Spectacular, held on October 19 at the Canadian Museum of Civilization in Gatineau, Quebec. Edith is one of SAF's top Elite Pro competitors (she won the 2013 SAF Elite Pro Challenge competition), as well as a top trainer (she's a full-time personal trainer in Montreal, Quebec, and she is currently coaching new competitors who will be on the SAF stage in 2014).

In this video, Edith describes the inspiration behind her dazzling themewear outfit and presentation, and she also gives some valuable tips for first-time competitors.
