The original SeriousAboutFitness.com online magazine can be accessed through this link. The original publication began in 2001 and ran until May 2010. It was an amazing success -- the publication was read by people worldwide and was the catalyst to all kinds of other activities including SAF Camps and SAF Competitions. But, it was time for a change and we are currently re-developing it into being a state-of-the-art online resource for female fitness enthusiasts.
