In this video, super-coach and SAF superstar Emilie Provencher gives valuable pointer on how to pose and prepare for a SAF competition. It was shot in front of a live audience on Friday, October 16, the first day of the 2015 SAF Fall Spectacular. The next day, Emilie won the 2015 SAF Pro Fitness Model Championship. The video includes footage of Emilie competing at the 2015 SAF Fall Spectacular, as well as footage of her competing at the 2015 SAF Summer Pro Fitness Model Challenge, held in June, which she also won.
