Since SeriousAboutFitness.com's inception more than ten years ago, we have been continually striving to come up with creative ways to showcase and promote women's fitness in a positive and inspiring way. Originally we did this with written articles, which we continue to produce. But in recent years we've been relying more and more on images, largely through the help of the amazing photographers we work with. These images show up in the various themed galleries that you can find on this site.
The latest group of themed images is called "Strong," which, to-date, have all been shot by Paul Buceta, who works primarily out of his studio in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Paul is considered to be the world's best physique photographer. Image editing and formating by Karen Fanas, SAF's art director.
The main goal with "Strong" is to showcase the athleticism and beauty of our SAF stars. The first four images in the series were shot at Paul's studio during various Girls of SAF photoshoots. Featured are: Lauren Dempsey, Nadine Young (Williams), Brigitte Dompierre-Gatchell, and Melanie Albert. Over time, many more images will be added, since this is just the beginning of this exciting new series. Enjoy!
