One of SAF’s main goals is to educate – this includes education about training, nutrition, and everything else that goes along with helping to get people into the very best shape safely and naturally. To accomplish this goal, we’ve recruited some of the finest in the health-and-fitness industry to be on our team. One of those people is Denis Pedneault, SAF’s resident exercise specialist. Denis is the main exercise instructor at all the SAF Camps. His methods work equally well for men and women.

Denis not only has the requisite education to be a top-class instructor, but he’s also a living example of how it all works. Denis is in great shape, healthy, and injury free, and when he competes in bodybuilding, he usually walks away a winner. Denis’s latest win was on April 23 at the 2011 CBBF Natural National Physique Championships held in Montreal, Quebec. Denis won his class as well as the overall title. This is the fourth time that Denis has won a class title at that event, and the second time he has won the overall title. Denis will compete next at the IFBB’s world championships held later in the fall, where he hopes to win again (right now he's ranked fourth in the world).

SAF wants to congratulate Denis on walking the talk and winning this latest title. There are few trainers who are as knowledgeable and innovative as Denis, and even fewer who are as accomplished competitively. Obviously, we’re very proud to have him on our team.
