Get Fit and Get Famous – Enter the Fall 2007 SAF Model Search

Every month we get requests from women who want to be featured on SeriousAboutFitness.com., but, unfortunately, we can’t accommodate most of them. Frankly, too many requests come in – I suspect it’s like that with every publication.

However, I have good news for those women who want to be featured and get guaranteed exposure – enter the Fall 2007 SAF Model Search that will be held on November 10 in Ottawa, Canada. This is our second SAF Model Search event, and the way it’s coming together, it will probably be even bigger than the first one that was held in Toronto on June 15. Once again, there will be two categories to compete in – Fitness Model and Figure Model – with exposure and promotional opportunities that will be hard to match anywhere. It’s open to all women 18 years of age or older, and no previous competitive experience is required.

The opportunities that the SAF Model Search events afford are tremendous. Every competitor who enters the Fall 2007 SAF Model Search will get ample stage time that will place her in front of the numerous photographers and talent scouts who will be in attendance again. As well, every competitor will have her photo featured in the "Galleries" section of the SAFModelSearch.com site following the event. Furthermore, the top-three winners from both categories will be profiled in the "People" section of SeriousAboutFitness.com – guaranteed. Maya Avelino, the winner of the Fitness Model category in the June event, was featured in July; Aleisha Hart, that event’s Figure Model winner, was featured in August; and this month, you can read about Jaime Price, the second runner-up in the Fitness Model category. In the coming months, you’ll also see articles on Francisca Dennis, Dionne Sinclair, and Sheri Fisher, the women who rounded out the top-three spots in the June competition.

And that’s not all! The top-three winners in each category will also receive exclusive photo shoots and will be featured on our SAFCovergirls.com and GirlsofSAF.com sites. In fact, photos of Maya, Aleisha, and Jaime are already online, and photos of Francisca, Dionne and Sheri will be featured there soon. Furthermore, SeriousAboutFitness.com also produces DVDs, and we will be expanding into high-definition video productions shortly. The participants in these productions will be chosen from our group of SAF Model Search winners. Can it get any better than that? Yes! In addition, the women who make it into the top-three gain SAF Elite status, meaning that they can compete in SAF Elite-division competitions that will begin next year. Maya, Aleisha, Dionne, Francisca, Sheri and Jaime are all now SAF Elite competitors. The Elite competitions will have even more lucrative prize packages and even more prominent exposure opportunities.

We believe that no other competition of this type in Canada offers these kind of promotional and exposure opportunities. What’s more, the first-place winners at each event receive cash prizes! Who else offers that?

No wonder the SAF Model Search is now the competition in Canada for fit-minded females who want to compete and get famous too. So, don’t miss the Fall 2007 SAF Model Search on November 10 for your chance to get famous. However, it’s important you know that entry is restricted to just 25 competitors per category. Get your entry form in early so you don’t miss out – you might be the next!
