The SAF Model Search Happens This
Month! Will You Be the Next?
On June 15, 2007, our first-ever SAF Model Search will take
place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. There will be two categories – Fitness Model and
Figure Model – with the two first-place winners being awarded cash prizes, tremendous
exposure opportunities, and more. The top-three finishers in each category will also
receive SAF Elite status, a designation that allows them to join the ranks of Natalie
Waples, Christy Wolfe, Stacey-Lynn Mlinarevic, Deanne Ortman and Kelly Taphouse, our
current SAF Elite models, and to compete against them in future SAF Elite-level
competitions for even better prizes. In addition, the top three in each category will be
featured across all our sites and in our future video productions. And if that’s not
enough, every competitor will be featured in our upcoming DVD that will showcase
the event, and they’ll go home with a gift package, courtesy of our sponsors. Plus,
there’s more – too much more to mention here.
If all that sounds like a lot, it’s because, from the
beginning, the intention of the SAF Model Search has been to create something more than a
simple competition that gives out a few trophies. Instead, the goal has been to create a
competition that is a showcase for women’s health and fitness, and an opportunity for
competitors to win outstanding prizes and receive unprecedented exposure. The winners of
our event won’t be forgotten the next day as they are at so many events; instead,
these winners will be the ones you’re going to read about and see featured in photos
for a long time to come.
Furthermore, our goal has never been to create just one
great competition. Rather, the June 15 event will be the first of many, with the long-term
goal of becoming the premier North American event for fit, healthy, and athletic-looking
females. And as the SAF Model Search grows, so, too, will the prizes and exposure
opportunities. It’s only going to get bigger and better. We’ll be
announcing future competitions at the June 15 event.
If you have already entered the 2007 SAF Model Search, we
wish you luck and look forward to meeting you at the show – perhaps you will
be one of the new SAF Elite models! We invite everyone else to come out and support the
beautiful competitors who will be on the stage. Without doubt, this is going to be one of
